CAREER DEVELOPMENT
At ABT we believe that employees should have careers instead of
jobs. While most employees often have an intense interest in their own
development, understanding what the employee values and how that relates
to his or her development needs can greatly affect the type of
development activity, its cost and ultimately its success.
Each discipline has specific competency matrices which outline both
technical and behavioral aspects of each job level. This aids both the
employee and the supervisor to be clear about what the success factors
are for specific jobs or projects, and makes achievement and measurement
of achievement easier and more transparent. employee to tailor the
