PERFORMANCE & RECOGNITION
Employee performance must always be assessed against the background

evaluation process towards not just achieving organizational goals but
towards incorporating employee individual career objectives. Recognition
can be either formal or informal and the ABT environment fosters both as
it is important to us that employees feel appreciated for their efforts.
Informal Recognition - is supportive of many positive changes in the
organization, in that it enhances acceptance of change, improves quality
and productivity, expands communications, builds rapport, grows
teamwork, and aids in participative management practices.
Formal Recognition - ABT also has a formal Reward & Recognition
Strategy as we are committed to an environment where innovation,
teamwork, continuous learning, employee commitment and achievement of
objectives are nurtured and encouraged. The Reward and Recognition
Program re-enforces behaviors by rewarding results and instills a
recognition culture where this becomes “a way of life” within the
