ABT supports several team initiatives within the organization. This provides avenues for employees to participate and achieve success in activities and efforts within and outside of the workplace.

ABT has engaged the services of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider. This came from recognizing that personal challenges can disrupt an employee’s personal and work life.

The EAP service provides employees and their immediate family with confidential access to professional counseling services.
